At Kisandra Natural Beef we are dedicated to producing the highest quality eating product for our customers. Value for money is very important to consumers in this economic climate; however getting value for money does not mean you should have to sacrifice a quality product.

  • Customers pay one low price per kg for all cuts of meat.
  • The price is low because you are buying in bulk and straight from the producer (no middle man).
  • All of our cuts of meat come fully packaged and labelled on trays and in serves for two, so it’s great for couples and families just take out the packs you need.
  • You always have dinner in the freezer! Just add a side dish and you’re done!
  • The quality is simply so much better. The tenderness and flavour will keep you coming back for more!

At Kisandra Natural Beef we offer four different ways in which you can have your order butchered. We have tried to cater for a range of customers.

You should expect that a full carcass will be between 190kg and 240kg. 

Example - The total price based on a 220kg carcass:

  • Full Cold Carcass Weight (220kg.) x $8.75 per kg (Gourmet pack) = $1925.00
  • Half Cold Carcass Weight (110kg) x 8.75per kg = $962.50
  • Quarter Cold Carcass Weight (55kg) x 8.75per kg = $481.25

* Please note these prices are approximates and the actual total price will depend on the weight of the carcass you are allocated. (You can specify if you would like a smaller or larger allocation).

Below is an example of the numbers of the different cuts of meat you would expect in a FULL carcass. This guide is based on a 200kg’s Gourmet pack example.

Kisandra Natural Beef charges per kilogram for the cold carcass weight. This means that the weight is calculated once the animal has been killed and hung, but before is has been butchered. If you order a ¼ of a carcass will you receive ½ of the entire side.

 

A great way to save is to get together with your family and friends and order a full carcass. We will provide a 15 cent per kilo discount on all full carcass orders, saving another $50 on your order!

Now let’s compare this to what you would pay in a supermarket for all of these products. This is not adding the savings of not running back and forward to the supermarket, everything is just a few steps away in your freezer.

All of these cuts of meat from the supermarket would cost you somewhere between $3000 and $3400. That equates to a saving of almost 50% and the meat is delivered to your door.

Please note, that if you place an order you will need a large freezer!  All of the meat, even from just a quarter carcasses will not fit in a small over fridge freezer.
